Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-5 years of experience in a similar role. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all required paperwork is completed.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conducting investigations, resolving conflicts, and addressing employee complaints.
- Administer performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees and managers.
- Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, training and development programs, and HR policy updates.
- Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and legal requirements to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and drive organizational goals.
Preferred Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Saudi labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
