Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-5 years of experience in a similar role. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  2. Assist with onboarding new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all required paperwork is completed.
  3. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and benefits.
  4. Manage employee relations issues, including conducting investigations, resolving conflicts, and addressing employee complaints.
  5. Administer performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees and managers.
  6. Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  7. Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, training and development programs, and HR policy updates.
  8. Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and legal requirements to ensure compliance.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and drive organizational goals.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Saudi labor laws.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  9. Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
