Job Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner who will ccts as supportive resource to operations management and a key member of management team in matters related to recruitment, employee relations, performance and development. Ensures conduct of all employees is aligned with the integrity, beliefs and values as outlined in our mission statement.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coaches managers and employees at all levels in the organization as it relates to meeting organizational performance goals and expected conduct
  • Facilitates the recruitment process
  • Manages staffing agencies to expected performance standards
  • Investigates incidents and employee relations problems, recommends solutions to management, facilitates appropriate outcomes
  • In conjunction with corporate HR, designs and implements local employment policies
  • Monitors Company policies, and audits company practices to ensure compliance.
  • Manages employee related compliance issues
  • Manages employment litigation issues
  • Assists management in establishing staffing goals and strategies
  • Performs special projects as required
  • Manages the Human Resources Management information systems
  • Compiles and analyzes data and reports required HR metrics
  • Implements development plans and training programs
  • Provides research and recommendations on compensation packages and potential increases
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS (Skills, knowledge, experience)

  • Example of high moral and ethical conduct
  • Knowledge of legislation affecting human resources management
  • Experience interfacing with legal counsel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possesses good organizational and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external customers
  • Employee relations experience
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality
  • Intermediate computer skills Microsoft Word and Excel (Oracle experience or similar HRIS a plus)
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Valid driver’s license

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business-related field
  • Minimum of five years of human resources experience in heavy industry or construction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼25,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

  • HR in a heavy industrial or construction industry: 5 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Required)

Ability to Commute:

  • Jubail (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Jubail: Relocate before starting work (Required)
