Job Description
Purpose
Provide administrative assistance to the Human Resources Department
Responsibilities
- Maintain all personnel files and ensure that these are kept up-to-date in order to achieve the timely renewal of residence permits, work permits, passports, driving licenses, social insurance cards, medical cards and other employee-related documents.
- Assist in hiring local staff as requested by the plant manager and fabrication department by adhering to prevailing rules and regulations
- Arrange transport, medical, travel and other services for the employees within the company’s policies.
Education
A bachelor’s degree or IGSC
Required skills
- Good computer and analytical skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
Required Experience
At least 3 years of experience in the administrative field
Required Languages
Must be fluent in English and Arabic
