The Human Resources Administrator will offer essential administrative assistance to a dynamic and fast-moving team. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills, impeccable organization, and a keen focus on people.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between the Employees, Operations and Government Relations Department. Oversee, review, and maintain the residency, baladiya, and passport tracker, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update trackers related to all employee documentation and information.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team in all recruitment needs including processing visas and provide updates on releases as needed.
- Doing Onboarding for new joining employees. Updating company licenses.
- Maintaining and updating employee files.
- Uses critical thinking skills to analyze HR metrics and data from various sources and identify patterns related to employee engagement, turnover, and compliance.
- Utilize various sources to gather and compile HR data such as HRIS, payroll, surveys, exit interviews, and employment records, among others.
