Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to oversee all aspects of human resources management within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full cycle of recruitment, optimizing workflow and scheduling, handling payroll processing, overseeing staff training plans, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including job posting, screening, interviewing, appointment, and onboarding processes, to ensure the selection of qualified candidates who align with the company's values and objectives.
  • Optimize workflow and scheduling processes, including employee shift schedules, day-offs, overtime, uniforms, and annual leave schedules.
  • Coordinate employee rotation and store capacity planning to ensure optimal staffing levels.
  • Oversee payroll processing, including calculating salaries, commissions, holidays, leave entitlements, and indemnity payments, and ensure timely and accurate payroll disbursement in compliance with labor regulations.
  • Develop and implement staff training plans in collaboration with operations managers to enhance employee skills, performance, and productivity, and support career development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner, and provide coaching and support to managers to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Stay informed about HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, and make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation in HR policies, procedures, and practices.
