Job Description

  • Design, develop, and implement HSE training programs tailored to the specific needs of the oil and gas industry. Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure training content reflects the latest requirements.
  • Conduct engaging and interactive classroom and on-site training sessions for employees, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Utilize various training methodologies, including hands-on exercises, simulations, and case studies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, CSP, CIH) are highly desirable.
  • Must have trainer certificate
  • Extensive experience (8+ years) in HSE roles within the oil and gas industry.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering effective HSE training programs.
  • Strong knowledge of industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
