- Handling the full recruitment process for KSA Office.
- Responsible for Onboarding and offboarding formalities.
- Handling the performance management process for KSA team
- Handling training for the KSA team.
- Implementation of services and policies.
- Assist in employee relations.
- Maintaining Staff Attendance records including digital records.
- Office activities and management.
- Interviewing candidates and assessing them.
- Employee training needs assessment.
- Handling contracts and offers and employee letters.
- Managing the HR audit requirements and enhancements
- Business plan development for the HR function
- Employee well-being programs management
- Handling coop programs and university career fairs
