Responsibilities
Role Title: HR Payroll & Analytics Executive (with Oracle experience) Role Type: Outsourced, Full Time, On-Site Contract Duration: 6 Months Only (Extendable) Work location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Properties & Real Estate Role Summary: Support Payroll & HR related activities Maintain proper records of everyday business transactions Able to manage employee records and work with large volume of data Education Qualification: Graduate with Finance/Accounts background Required Experience: Oracle experience is mandatory Must have advanced skills in excel and experience in creating reports (V lookup, H lookup, Pivot Table), etc.
- Experience in Power BI/ creating dashboards is preferred.
Perform calculations and reconciliation and be able to process large volumes of data on EXCEL Knowledge of basic accounting principles Maintain proper records of everyday business transactions Candidate must have prior experience in admin support function as well, including other ADHOC tasks.
- Experience on the operations side budgeting, costing, payroll transactions, dealing with internal verticals, transactions related to payroll processing, following up on the pending tasks/ invoices, etc.
