You+Baby Studio is a Dubai-based photo studio offering family photography services around the UAE. We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team and ensure the happiness and productivity of our diverse workforce, which includes both on-site employees and remote team members. Your primary goal will be to foster a positive work environment where every team member feels valued and supported.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all HR functions for a team of 80+ employees, including remote workers.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
- Handle employee relations, including addressing grievances and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee payroll processing and control to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with legal requirements.
- Evaluate performance through effective performance management systems and career development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain and update HR documents, such as employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
