Job Description

The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
This individual will be responsible for managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, talent management and strategic planning.
The goal is to ensure the HR needs of the company are being met and are aligned with all business objectives and company policies.
Must be well versed knowledge of Qatar Labow law. Excellent communication skills required.

Responsibilities

Qualifications: Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 10+ years of HR management experience, preferably within Qatar. In-depth knowledge of Qatar Labor Law. Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs. Strategic thinker with strong organizational skills.
