- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively communicating with employees, understanding their needs, and providing timely and accurate assistance.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and helpdesk software enables efficient management of employee inquiries, tracking of issues, and generation of reports.
- Experience in customer service and problem-solving enhances the ability to manage complex employee inquiries and provide satisfactory resolutions.
- Leadership and team management skills are vital for effectively supervising a team of HR helpdesk representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
