Hiring “HR Generalist” for our reputed Holding group based company
Responsibilities
- Should possess minimum 3+ years into HR Generalist experience within Qatar.
- Mandatory to have worked on all HR functions including HR Planning, Organisational Design & Structuring, Salary Grading, Performance Management & Improvement, Training & Development, JD making, Compensation & benefits, Policies & procedures etc.
- Must have well versed knowledge in Qatar Labor law
- Must be Locally available in QATAR with valid Qatar ID Well versed in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Bachelor's degree in related field Immediate joiners highly preferred Preferable Arabic Fluent in English & Arabic
