Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives and functions with the overall business strategy, while providing strategic HR support to the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, employee relations, and talent acquisition, with a focus on driving organizational performance and employee engagement. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives
  • Provide strategic HR support to the organization, including talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, and performance management
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify and address HR needs and challenges
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations
  • Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
