Job Description
· Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR & Admin Executive or HR cum PRO or relevant role
· Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
· Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
· Thorough knowledge of labor laws.
· Bachelors Human Resources, Public Relations or Business Administration or relevant field.
Responsibilities
- · Liaise with government authorities to ensure compliance with local regulations and obtain necessary permits, licenses, and approvals.
- · Process and renew company registrations, trade licenses, visas, and other legal documents in accordance with UAE laws.
- · Handle visa and immigration procedures for employees, including visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and labor permits.
- · Prepare and submit required documents and forms to government authorities and follow up on applications and approvals.
- · Represent the company in meetings with government officials and agencies as required.
- · Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions in consultation with management.
- · Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions in compliance with UAE labor laws.
- · Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, leave management, and other entitlements.
- · Maintain accurate records of employee information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
