Provide support to staff regarding housing-related inquiries and issues.
Responsibilities
- •Ensure the safety of residents and compliance with EHS measures across staff accommodations through regular inspections.
- Maintain cleanliness of all the common areas in all the housing buildings.
- Facilitate timely and efficient maintenance and repairs in housing buildings.
- Facilitate clear communication with landlords and contractors for prompt resolution of issues related to Fire Fighting Equipment maintenance, AC maintenance, Lift operations, etc.
- Maintain accurate and upto date documentation and records of occupancy, maintenance activities, inspections, etc.
- Ensure occupant/staff adhere to internal rules and regulations.
- Liaise with landlords and contractors for core building maintenance (e.g., lifts, fire pumps) to resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections across allocated buildings to ensure cleanliness, structural integrity of buildings, availability of basic first aid and fire-fighting equipment, etc.
- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks, including repairs and hazard mitigation.
- Communicate effectively with the Accommodation Manager regarding maintenance needs and operational updates.
- Maintain accurate and upto date occupancy records and documentation of Civil ID copies for all occupants.
- Prepare and maintain logs of maintenance requests, repairs, and related expenditures.
- Ensure housing facilities comply with local EHS, KM, KFF and PAM regulations and AMG standards.
- Document all housing-related activities and prepare reports as necessary.
- Collaborate with the Accommodation Manager and team members to uphold consistent standards across accommodations.
