We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Hotel Receptionist to join our team in Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests as they arrive and check them in, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Answer phone calls, manage reservations, and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, payment details, and room availability.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure guest needs are met.
  • Assist guests with check-out, including processing payments and issuing invoices and receipts.
  • Ensure the lobby area and reception desk are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
  • Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities to enhance guest experience.
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
  • Follow all hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Hotel Receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and computer systems.
  • Knowledge of local attractions and services to assist guests with inquiries.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
