Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the hotel and ensure all departments are running smoothly
  • Manage hotel staff and provide leadership, training, and guidance
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase hotel revenue and profitability
  • Monitor and maintain hotel facilities to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests
  • Manage budget and expenses to achieve financial goals
  • Collaborate with marketing team to promote the hotel and attract new guests
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and regulations

Qualifications:
