Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel and ensure all departments are running smoothly
- Manage hotel staff and provide leadership, training, and guidance
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Develop and implement strategies to increase hotel revenue and profitability
- Monitor and maintain hotel facilities to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests
- Manage budget and expenses to achieve financial goals
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote the hotel and attract new guests
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and regulations
Qualifications:
