Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Developing the Funding Plan: Aid in creating the medium- and long-term funding plan for the organization.
  • Formulating the Financing Strategy: Assist in developing the medium- and long-term financing strategy, including evaluating the pros and cons of various financing instruments.
  • Analyzing Capital Structure: Analyze the current capital structure and identify more efficient ways to reduce financing costs, such as re-negotiations with existing lenders and refinancing, to maximize company earnings and shareholder value.
  • Raising New Financing: Support the process of securing new financing for the company’s business operations and future growth projects.
  • Evaluating Financing Solutions: Assess different financing solutions proposed by stakeholders for Hydrogen and CCUS projects.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned.

  • Strong coordination & leadership skills & should be able to work collaboratively with all involved
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and multi-cultural sensitivity.
  • Experienced in resource control, Communication, and General management skills.
  • Ability to manage and interface with both external and internal constituencies including other group companies and government authority.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.

Technical:

  • Computer literate with expertise in MS Office and other scheduling specific software applications (ERP)
  • Economic & commercial analysis and evaluation skills. (Capable to handle multiple activities with a focus on Cost, Schedule, and Quality).

External: Contractors, Vendors & Suppliers

 

Notable Working Conditions. Field Operations and office environment, Moderate to intensive computer screen use.

 

Education requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance / Commers
  • Relevant post degree qualification

Language requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of written, read, and spoken English (required)

Background and experience

  • Adaptable and motivated general management strategist who relishes challenges.
  • Able to effectively interface with and manage Team.

Years of relevant experience - 10+ yrs.
