Job Description
Technical Lead for proposal preparation for Development projects responsible for Power, Water, Social infrastructure and Alternative Fuels PPP projects.
Responsibilities
Team Development:
- Prepare Bid Plan including strategy, resources, program, budget, cost estimation role allocation, bid deliverables & responsibility matrix. Preparation of Clarifications/Deviations list during Pre-bid and clarification during Post Bid stage Work with Technical advisor on bid design & engineering, technical deliverables, EPC and FM/O&M strategy, BoQs, specification and costing inputs. Work with Financial advisor on financial model inputs (EPC, O&M, Life cycle, Residual value and other sensitivities)
Project Management:
- Work with Legal advisor (SLA & LLA) on review and markup of Technical schedules, Performance and Testing & commissioning aspects of the Project agreement.
Project Reporting:
- Review and comment on, pricing information and supporting documents such as but not limited to quotations, purchase orders, invoices, unit price build-ups, quantity
Monitors & Controls:
- EPC and O&M/FM Contracts review and finalization. Identify various risks & prepare risk register. Resolving contractual and commercial issues.
