Responsibilities
  • Be committed to the DBS vision, ethos and values.
  • Possesses a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (preferably with a Master's in Educational Leadership or similar) in a relevant field.
  • Boasts a successful track record in a senior leadership role (ideally with previous Headship experience) within a large secondary school setting.
  • Have a proven track record of raising academic standards and leading sustained successful school improvement
  • Work alongside a team of senior leaders to ensure alignment and school improvement adding capacity to the wider leadership of the DBS cluster
  • Lead by example - with integrity, creativity, resilience and objectivity.
  • Strategic Impact: Develop and spearhead a clear vision for the secondary school, ensuring it aligns with our overall goals and propels student success.
  • Curriculum Champion: Be at the forefront of curriculum development, fostering engaging and relevant learning experiences that prepare students for a bright future.
