Head of Projects

Project Planning and Execution:

• Lead the project management team to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, manpower & resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Oversee all phases of project execution, from initial planning to final handover.

Team Leadership:

• Manage and mentor project managers and site supervisors to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to drive team success.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Client and Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution.

Quality Control and Compliance:

• Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure all projects meet the highest standards.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.

Financial Management:

• Monitor project budgets.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize project costs.

  Salary: AED 10,000 to 15,000 (Negotiable with the right candidate based on experience.) + benefits Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.   Experience:Min. 10 years of experience in project management within the interior fitout industry.
