– Manage logistics for pet transportation, coordinating with drivers to ensure timely and safe service delivery.
– Supervise and support customer service interactions, ensuring a high standard of communication and problem resolution.
– Directly manage customer communications when required, including handling complex queries or issues.
– Coordinate with groomers, trainers, and handlers to ensure seamless service operations.
– Manage customer payments, including sending payment links and verifying completion of transactions.
– Develop and implement operational processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
– Coordinate communication within the team to ensure that all members are informed and aligned with daily operations.
Skills
– Proven experience in operations and customer service, preferably in pet care or a related industry.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing sensitive situations effectively.
– Proficient in using MS tools such as excel and word and experience with CRM systems before
– Spanish and Russian is a PLUS
