Job Description
As a Head Butcher you are responsible in providing assistance to the Executive Chef to ensure smooth operations and interact with individuals in the section.
Responsibilities
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive service while supporting fellow colleagues
- Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items according to recipes and standards.
- Ensure all kitchen colleagues are aware of standards & expectations
- Maintain and enhance the quality of food products.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Other duties as assigned To be fully familiar with all local Food Hygiene and HACCP guidelines as per Dubai Municipality.
