Job Description
We are hiring a Head – Building Permits for one of our clients in Qatar.
Candidates who have the required qualifications and experience may apply.
Responsibilities
- Minimum 8 years of experience in managing development of large multi-class real estate portfolio.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Must be fluent in Arabic and English.
- In-depth knowledge of Qatar/GCC real estate market dynamics and regulatory environment.
- Demonstrated high-level understanding of government processes, policy development and analysis related to building permitting and completion certificates standards and requirements.
- Must be a permanent resident.
