Responsibilities
  • Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions to guests.

  • Process payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Respond to phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for guests.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a Hotels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
