Job Description
A Maintenance Manager, or Maintenance Supervisor, oversees a business’ maintenance tasks, including the upkeep of offices, buildings, grounds and company vehicles. Their duties include scheduling maintenance tasks, supervising Maintenance Workers and responding to maintenance emergencies.
Responsibilities

- Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks and prioritize urgent repairs.
- Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and implement preventive measures.
- Manage and optimize the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.
- Supervise and train maintenance staff, providing guidance and support.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors for necessary equipment and spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Continuously improve maintenance processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
