Job Description
Our client is hiring a talented Graphic Designer to create impactful visuals for commercial and promotional needs, including packaging, displays, and logos. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will contribute to corporate communications, branding solutions, and produce high-quality design materials that align with the company’s strategic vision.
Responsibilities
- To produce relevant, innovative and high quality design concepts (print production, banners productions, operations) for hard, soft and online work.
- Ensure you understand customer brief clearly before work commences.
- Ensure all design work is correctly targeted to the customer, undertaking appropriate research and range planning first.
- Use various design software to fulfil material production requirements.
- Finalize all designs for print and production.
- Perform any other duties commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility.
- Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research.
- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
- Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time.
- Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief.
- Track and Report - Ensure workload is managed and tasks completed to agreed timelines.
- Prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Build and Maintain Relationships - To work with team members to produce relevant, innovative design concepts for hard copy and online products. - Work with the Creative team to generate new ideas, develop new creative works whilst ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Select materials in line with job specification and manage suppliers accordingly ensuring value and quality of material selection at all times.
- Skill-set includes print, studio and web design background with an intermediate understanding of in-design, HTML and flash. Previous usage of Unreal program.
- Range includes brochures, corporate ID, advertisements, e-mail campaigns, web sites, flash, video editing and direct marking materials Service:
- Prioritize and plan own activities to meet the projects/tasks.
- Ensure that all confirmed work is under production and completed on time. Standard

- Liaise with creative team to ensure work is on schedule and delivered on time.
- Design and lay-out al Entourage products to the highest possible standard
- Co-ordinate with sales team to design Entourage marketing material • Co-ordinate with events team to design events signage etc.
- Assume responsibility for checking accuracy of colour reproduction at time of going to press
- Check material for errors and report these to Managing Editor and Creative Director
- Ensure all advertising material is published correctly as requested by advertiser

- Designer with at least 2 years experience working with an advertising agency as a Graphic Designer.
- Design — Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
- Communications and Media — Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media.
- Computers and Electronics — Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
- English Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
- Fine Arts — Knowledge of the theory and techniques required to compose and produce creative works in line with a variety of end goals from corporate to fashion to art.
- Sales and Marketing — Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
- Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
