Graphic Designer – Al Zain Jewellery

Responsibilities

- Conceptualization and Ideation: Generate creative concepts and design solutions based on project briefs, developing innovative visuals.
- Communication: Present design ideas and concepts clearly, adapting your communication style for different target audiences.
- Design Creation: Develop visual content including but not limited to Internal Communication, social media graphics, website assets, print materials, and promotional collateral that aligns with the brand's aesthetic and messaging.
- Brand Representation: Ensure that all designs reflect and reinforce the brand's identity, values, and messaging consistently across various platforms and campaigns.
- Creative Ideation: Brainstorm and collaborate with the team to generate innovative ideas and concepts that elevate the brand and engage the target audience effectively.
- Content Creation: Generate visually appealing and engaging content specifically tailored for social media platforms, utilizing design tools and industry-relevant software.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative & Marketing team, as well as cross-functionally with other departments, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Adaptation and Optimization: Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to optimize and enhance design output continuously.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience with a minimum of 2 years in graphic design, Preferably in Jewelry or luxury goods.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative abilities.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive and creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Knowledge of web design and digital marketing principles is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
