Job Description
Provide administrative support for all immigration and government affairs related activities.
Responsibilities
• Work closely with different nationalities and embassies and understand the rules and regulations that apply in different countries. • Work around the clock for emergency support. Key Job Accountabilities • Maintain, update, organise, retrieve data in SAP, Workflow or any other corporate system related to Government Affairs business, ensuring quality and accuracy, and verification of the source of information. • Identify information processing problems and escalate to Supervisor where applicable. • Process related online Government Affairs applications using MOI system (residence permit, exit permit, visas etc). • Submit and follow up Government Affairs related applications in various Government departments. • Report any challenges or changes in law and regulations which can impact the Company. • Keep a record of all requests and documents received. • Prepare the required letters and application forms related to Government Affairs processes. • Respond to employees inquiries and update them on their requests. • Respond to Emergency calls during off working hours and support employees during the emergency. • Provide excellent customer services to employees.
Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary school (12 years) education. • 5 years of relevant experience. • Very good knowledge of standard computer software. • Knowledge of some financial and budgetary processes.
