Geotechnical Driller
Responsibilities
- Perform geotechnical drilling operations, including soil and rock sampling, installation of monitoring wells, and geotechnical instrumentation.
- Operate drilling equipment and machinery, such as drill rigs, augers, and coring tools, in a safe and efficient manner.(Wireline Method)
- Maintain and repair drilling equipment as needed to ensure proper functioning.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations to minimize risks and promote a safe working environment.
- Keep accurate records of drilling operations, including daily logs, drilling parameters, and test results.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other team members to provide updates and address any issues or concerns.
- Perform geotechnical testing on collected soil and rock samples, such as SPT
