We are seeking an accomplished and strategic General Manager to lead our operations in the chemicals and petrochemicals industry. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business operations, including production, sales, finance, and human resources. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve company goals and drive growth within the chemicals and petrochemicals sector.
- Oversee daily operations, including production, quality control, supply chain management, and distribution, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and enhance product offerings.
- Lead financial management activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, to ensure profitability and fiscal responsibility.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, environmental standards, and health and safety regulations relevant to the chemicals and petrochemicals industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are advantageous.
- 10 to 18 years of experience in senior management roles within the chemicals or petrochemicals industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of industry regulations, production processes, and supply chain management in the chemicals and petrochemicals sector.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, financial management, and operational leadership.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team towards achieving organizational goals.
