Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and schedule work activities, including assigning tasks to team members and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and quality, making adjustments as needed to ensure goals are met.
- Communicate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to address any concerns or issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
- Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Review and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Manage and track project expenses, including materials, labor, and equipment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
