Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate and schedule work activities, including assigning tasks to team members and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project progress and quality, making adjustments as needed to ensure goals are met.
  • Communicate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to address any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
  • Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Review and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Manage and track project expenses, including materials, labor, and equipment.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
