Responsibilities
- Oversee all household staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling. - Manage household budgets, expenses, and financial records. - Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and improvements of the property. - Ensure cleanliness and organization of all areas within the home. - Plan and organize events, gatherings, and family activities. - Manage inventories of supplies and groceries, placing orders as needed. - Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times. - Communicate effectively with family members and staff regarding needs and schedules. Skills - Previous experience in household management or a similar role. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in household management software and basic computer skills. - A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
