Job Description
Perform key reception functions, answering phones and greeting visitors to the office: screen calls and visitors to determine nature of request or problem; refer to appropriate staff member or College office; take messages; make appointments; take standard information for billing, administrative or other purposes
Responsibilities
- Maintain professional etiquette to welcome visitors and guide them as per requirement.
- Help the staff members with crucial tasks related to scheduling, agendas, and meetings, ensuring fluent corporate functioning.
- Redirect phone calls to the desired personnel after analyzing the priority of the conversation and caller.
- Keep track of the upcoming events and inform the specific staff members about vital activities and meetings.
- Use communication channels like telephone, emails, and fax to convey precise information as per the visitor's requirement.
- Handle responsibilities like printing, scanning, collating, etc., to facilitate team members with daily activities.
