Job Description

Are you a front-of-house extraordinaire? Is customer service your forte? If meeting and greeting people is your thing, then we’d love to hear from you! Our fitness establishment is looking to hire several receptionists for our clubs in Kuwait.

Responsibilities
Roles and responsibilities include; *meeting and welcoming clients in a professional and friendly manner *answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or person *answering queries about our clubs as well as products and services with offer either face to face or online *attentive to detail and giving the best end-user experience to our members *being calm should a difficult situation arise
Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking to hire male and female candidates who are fluent in English and Arabic who are multitasking kings and queens. Please note you must ALREADY BE LIVING/WORKING IN KUWAIT and ideally BE AVAILABLE TO WORK NOW. You must've had experience in the front of house/ reception department. Friendly and ever-helpful, your interpersonal communication skills should be on fire! As we are a fitness establishment, we are looking for candidates who are passionate about fitness as much as we are with a professional appearance to boot.
