- Perform accurate and efficient data entry.
- Prepare and submit tender documents.
- Write and format professional proposals.
- Ensure all documents adhere to company standards and client requirements.
- Manage communication with clients and suppliers.
- Network and build relationships with suppliers to gather necessary information.
- Adhere to strict deadlines to ensure timely submissions.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in documentation processes.
- Attend online meetings when required via external platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meets / Microsoft Teams)
Requirements :
- Preferably located in Oman and must be bilingual (English & Arabic).
- 0 to 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
- Reliable Wifi Connectivity.
- Experience in MS Office.
- Access to personal laptop and mobile device.
