Freelance corporate Trainer for financial literacy

Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions on key financial topics, including:

• Basics of budgeting Understanding interest/profit rates
• Prioritizing savings
• Credit debt cycle traps
• Managing cash flow
• Financial forecasting
• Case studies and practical applications focusing on local examples.
• Utilize interactive teaching methods to ensure participant engagement and effective learning.
• Customize training content to meet the specific needs and interests of corporate clients in Qatar.
• Incorporate local case studies and practical examples to illustrate financial concepts.
• Assess participant understanding and adjust teaching methods as necessary to enhance learning outcomes.
• Maintain professionalism and cultural sensitivity while interacting with diverse corporate audiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) is advantageous.
• Proven experience as a corporate trainer or financial educator, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong command of financial literacy topics and ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Ability to adapt training methods to accommodate different learning styles and corporate cultures.
• Knowledge of local financial practices and regulations in Qatar is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training sessions effectively.

Requirements:

• Must be based in Qatar or willing to travel to Qatar for training sessions.
• Flexibility to work on a freelance basis with varying hours based on client needs.
• Availability to conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions as required.
