FM Manager – Civil Engineer
Job Description
To Taking responsibility for project milestone delivery. Compiling and presenting complex technical reports for consideration by stakeholders. Supervising project documentation. Plan and coordinate annual and multi-year maintenance programs including advice on strategies and operational efficiencies.
Responsibilities
· Leading project planning sessions. · Coordinating staff and internal resources. · Managing project progress and adapting work as required. · Ensuring projects meet deadlines. · Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders. · Designing and signing off on contracts. · Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation. · Participating in the tender process i.e. design, submission and review. · Designing risk mitigation plans. · Conducting project reviews and creating detailed reports for executive staff. · Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary. · Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects. · Managing large and diverse teams. · Meeting with top management and clients to identify project requirements, delivery timelines and costs · Developing detailed project plans to guide clients, staff members and project teams and revising based on changing needs and requirements. · Identifying and assigning project tasks based on the skill sets, experience and strengths of staff members. · Monitoring project performance to ensure timely delivery. · Compiling and submitting project status reports to clients, management and other stakeholders. · Working effectively with relevant stakeholders for efficient project implementation. · Developing excellent leadership, customer relations and communication skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders. · Performs all other ad hoc activities as and when required. · Ensure compliance with companies Quality and Environment, Health & Safety policy and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Minimum 8-10 years of Experience in UAE Core knowledge and experience in to facility management
