Fitout Joinery Technical Manager

Capable to read, understand and manage production of all joinery and metal works at joinery workshop.

• Oversee and manage the fitout joinery process from start to finish.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Create and manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules.
• Review and approve construction drawings and plans.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Manage a team of joinery craftsmen and contractors.
• Source and select materials and finishes for fitout projects.
• Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the fitout process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in fitout joinery.

Site co-ordination, design/measurement corrections, and ontime delivery. Continuously update with new alternative materials/systems to improve the quality, design, and construction cost through exhibitions and value engineering workshops.
