Fit Out Project Manager – Propel Consult
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, regulatory/statutory requirements and quality standards
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, construction methods and budget
- Ensure all project activities are executed according to the plan
- Be the focal points for project execution, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among all (internal) team members
- Act as the main point of contact for clients when it comes to technical matters, understanding their needs and expectations, providing regular updates, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
- Monitor project progress and quality, conducting regular site inspections and resolving any issues that arise to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards
- Track expenses and ensure cost-effective project delivery
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
- Manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and other necessary records
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, construction processes, and project management concepts
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Requirements:
- Ideal candidate must have Construction management, project management experience in hight end fit-out projects in GCC.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design or any related field.
- At least 5 + years experience in working at a reputed Interior Fit-out
