Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Fit-Out Project Manager with extensive experience in managing fit-out projects within the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil engineering and a proven track record in fit-out project management. This role involves overseeing all aspects of fit-out projects, from initial planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the entire fit-out project lifecycle, including planning, design, execution, and final delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making necessary adjustments to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management and clients.
- Manage project risks and resolve any issues that arise to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring their requirements are met and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
