Financial Analyst – AHI Carrier (FZC)
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Compile and analyze financial data, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Support the production of key performance indicator (KPI) reports and dashboards.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process by gathering data, preparing templates, and inputting information.
- Assist in variance analysis by comparing actual results against budgeted figures and identifying trends or discrepancies.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of concern.
- Provide support in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as requested by senior team members.
- Assist in the preparation of financial models and scenario analysis to support decision-making.
- Perform variance analysis and explain financial results to stakeholders.
- Provide financial support and guidance to business units.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Masters degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Professional certification such as CFA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis or related role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
