Finance Manager

• Manage all accounting transactions till finalization
• Verifies and reconciles financial transactions including billing receipts and postings from general ledger to subsidiary billing ledger
• Prepare budget forecasts
• Responsible for the overall coordination of changes to the forecast based on inputs from Clients, project manager and other project team members as applicable.
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• To implement financial controls and efficient cost controls.
• Handling AR and Payment follow-up
• Submission of a monthly Financial Manager’s report summarizing the performance of the businesses which includes P&L, variance analysis against budget and forecast, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Compute taxes and prepare tax return and submissions as per FTA rules (VAT /Corporate Tax)
• Oversee the timely coding, collection, analysis and reporting of all project expenditure, together with budget holder.
• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Comply and follow the laws and able to update on the new laws and regulations.
• Preparation of annual budgets with quarterly updated rolling forecasts.
• Establish and communicate processes and routines required for effective control and reporting during the project lifecycle to all team members.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Manager: 1 year (Preferred)
