Finance Manager
Job Description
12 years of experience in finance and accounting functions
4 years of experience as a Finance Manager or in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices and analytical skills
Proficiency in accounting software
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Fluency in English and Arabic
Broad knowledge of accounting principles
Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements
- Directing financial planning and strategy
- Manage the financial reporting process and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Provide financial analysis and support for decision making
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and financial risks
- Overseeing audit, VAT & Zakat functions
- Analyzing complex financial data
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions
