The Finance and Admin Executive will support the General Manager at Time out Market and will help coordinate all financial activities to ensure the smooth running of the market supporting the General Manager with general administrative tasks at Majid Al Futtaim Properties in Bahrain.

Responsibilities
  • Responsibility for managing all petty cash accounts, Managing and reconciling the till cash in the Time Out Market and Ordering supplies as needed Onboarding new staff, including managing new hire paperwork and leading new hire orientation with support from Human Capital Preparing payroll spreadsheets, calculation of staff tips and other HR reports for submission to the payroll provider.
  • Ensuring all financial procedures are maintained including appropriate sign offs.
  • Preparation of revenue statements for concessionaires, General office administration including maintaining files and information organization and ordering supplies as needed Reporting and providing information to the General Manager and head office Onboarding new staff, including managing new hire paperwork and leading new hire orientation with support from Human Capital
