Job Description

We are currently looking to hire a Female SPA Therapist, who will perform body treatments according to established protocols ensuring all guests experience pure peace and relaxation.
Additional Hammam skills will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out all SPA treatments to the required standard and as per the daily schedule. 
  • Conduct self in a professional manner at all times. Adhere to the established standard of conduct and house rules, fire regulations, and department procedures and policies. 
  • Dress in issued uniform and ensures a neat, clean, and tidy appearance at all times, adhering to the established Grooming Standards Policy.
  • Report to shift on time. Aware of schedule at all times and if unable to attend work, notify the Supervisor in adequate time and according to policy.
  • Be fully familiar with Hotel Fire and Emergency Procedures
  • Day to day responsibility for equipment, products, cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment rooms and facilities. 
  • Aware of all treatments and products on offer and any current promotions.
  • Achieve sales and guest service targets as set by the Spa Management.
  • Offer guests full after care advice and the chance to purchase any products recommended within their treatment.
  • Assist in other related areas as required particularly scheduling and reception / greeting of guests.
  • Greet guests warmly and use their name during treatment.
  • Assist with demonstrations and events as required. 
  • Adhere to training as set out by the Spa Management and using the guidance of senior spa therapists. Also attends new or update training as required.
  • Use the correct quantities and mix of product within treatments and to ensure as far as possible the security of products within treatment rooms and sales areas.
  • Fully aware of all health and safety issues relating to the department and to report anything which may present a danger to guests or staff. 
  • Always be punctual and prepared in advance for all treatments and to avoid treatments running late at all costs and wherever possible.
  • Ensure that client confidentiality is maintained at all times. 
  • Flexible with regard to hours worked and be prepared to adjust these to meet demands of the business 
  • Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management.
