Job Description
Requirements:
Fluent in both English and Arabic.
3 years of experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling resident information and requests.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, internet).
Availability for 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
