Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Restaurant Business Development Manager to drive the growth and expansion of our restaurant business. As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, such as new locations, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Conduct market research to analyze customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and increase customer retention.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, suppliers, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop business growth plans and set ambitious targets.
Sales and Marketing:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify target customer segments and develop tailored marketing campaigns to reach them.
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to make strategic decisions and adjustments.
- Explore and develop partnerships with local businesses and organizations to increase brand awareness and customer reach.
- Manage social media platforms and online presence to engage with customers and promote the brand.
Financial Analysis and Planning:
- Analyze financial reports and market data to identify areas of improvement and growth opportunities.
- Prepare financial projections and budgets to support business development initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the financial performance of business development activities.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis for potential projects and partnerships.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as a point of contact for key accounts and handle any customer concerns or issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry associations, trade organizations, and relevant stakeholders.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the restaurant's network.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the management team to align business development strategies with overall business goals.
- Provide guidance and support to the sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of new initiatives.
