Factory Supervisor
Job Description
Accomplishes manufacturing results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; and initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Experience in a Joinery Company is a must.
- At least 10 years relevant experience in similar role , preferably.
- Experience in Woodworking machinery, Equipment and tools.
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing , Six Sigma, or related methodologies is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of Construction and manufacture of case goods and fire rated doors.
