Gulf Helicopters Company (GHC) is a vertically integrated helicopter company operating a fleet of more than 50 helicopters that provides full tip-to-tail MRO, CAMO, and training services. As an accredited Maintenance Organization approved by the FAA, an approved EASA Part 145, and Approved Maintenance Organization under the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority (QCAA) we assist our global clients with Maintenance, Repair, and overhaul of their aircraft and engines. Our maintenance and engineering service also offer a very extensive catalogue of services Including Line and Base Maintenance, AOG Recovery, Aircraft technical acceptance, Modifications, painting and new installations on board, Components Maintenance Stations and full logistic and spare Support. The Gulf Helicopters Training Academy (GHTA) offers QCAA and EASA approved type rating for AW139 and AW189 pilots and engineers alike. With our range of AW139 and AW189 Full Flight Simulators (FFS) we offer cost efficient quality training solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Manages the outsourced employees as per approved contracts and ensure all duties and maintenance are carried out as per the contracts and agreement.
  • Assists the HR manager to determine housing projections on a semi-annual basis, as per the approved manpower plan.
  • Point of contact to oversee general facility management and safety of accommodation and GHC buildings.
  • Responsible for furnishing / decoration of all new employee accommodation. This shall include planning, requisition, delivery and installation
  • Ensures that facility checks prior to employee residence are carried out. This shall include functionality of all utilities (water, electricity, telephone etc), furnishings, cleanliness and ensuring that basic amenities, linen and foodstuffs are provided. 
  • Responsible for furnishing / decoration of all new offices. This shall include planning, requisition, delivery and installation of desks, chairs, cabinets and all related office furniture. 
  • Conducts checks of staff accommodation upon separation of employment. this shall include checking the facility condition, utilities, furniture, stock-take of amenities provided, any outstanding bills incurred by the employee etc.
  • Assists the HR manager to develop continuous refurbishment and upgrading plans to ensure that housing is best suited to employee needs. 
  • Participate in drafting RFP’s for contract renewal of outsourced staff 
  • Liaise with management in case any issues arise.
